August · Three founding chairs at $250 a week · Locked 12 months · First week free

Built from experience

Everything you need is here.
Except your color line — that stays yours.

The Loft was not designed by someone who read about the salon industry. It was built by someone who lived it, across every model, every environment, and every stage of a career.

$250 a week. Three founding chairs, August only.Locked for twelve months. First week free. After those three, $300 — or $350 on a six-month lease.

Heather Dietiker

Co-Founder · Elite Stylist · Former Brand Educator

Heather brings 20 years behind the chair as an elite stylist and former brand educator. She has worked in commission salons, independent environments, and suite rentals. She has lived every version of this industry. Every detail of The Loft was directed by that experience — the layout, the amenities, the community culture, the lease structure. None of it was guesswork. It was built by a stylist, for stylists.

Ryan Dietiker

Co-Founder · Salon Business Operations · Brand Marketing

Ryan brings a background in salon business operations, stylist education, and brand marketing. He owns and operates Forefathers Grooming, one of the most reviewed and highly rated barbershops in Michigan, and runs the content team that shoots for The Loft. Together, he and Heather built The Loft to be the space she always wished existed.

The part nobody else has

We own the camera.

Most salons say "marketing support" and mean they'll reshare your post. We have a content team on payroll. Once a month they're here, shooting you working, and the files are yours — no watermark, no approval process, no invoice.

Hiring it out runs $300 to $800 a month.

It's the one thing in this building a competitor can't copy by lowering a price.

Your color line stays yours.

You bring your own color, your tools, your license and your liability insurance. Everything else — backbar shampoo and conditioner, towels, capes, laundry, utilities, booking software — is here.

Your formulas, your brand and your pricing shouldn't belong to a building.

A suite makes you choose.

Own your business, or have colleagues. We didn't want to choose.

Nine stations and a breakroom with people in it. Nobody sets your prices, nobody takes a split, nobody tells you what to carry — and you're not eating lunch alone in a hundred square feet.
